AXA PPP healthcare – Photo competition

There is nothing like a beautiful morning and gorgeous scenery to drag me out of bed at the crack of dawn to go for a gentle run.  The countryside, beaches and parks provide some amazing settings for exercising outdoors and having stunning views to accompany my work out acts as great motivation for me.

I love early morning runs around my beautiful university campus!

To celebrate these gorgeous views, AXA PPP healthcare would like you to take a moment to take a snapshot of these views and to share your photos in their photo competition via Instagram or Twitter.

The competition will run from Wednesday 8 August at 10am to Friday 10 August at 4.30pm.  The lucky winner will receive £100 of vouchers to spend on trainers or workout gear at and a Nike+ iPod sensor and receiver kit to help you keep track of your progress and to keep you motivated!

· AXA PPP will be re-posting some of your great views on Facebook and Instagram – so participants should remember to look out for their images there too!

How to enter on Twitter:

Simply follow @AXAPPPhealth on Twitter and send us a picture of something great you saw while exercising outdoors using the hashtag #axakeepmoving, with a short description of the image.

    Hi Jemma,

Love the blog -particularly all your preparations for your wedding to the lovely Alfie. But was really disappointed that you have chosen to advertise a private healthcare provider. We are massively lucky here in the UK to have free (at point of use) high-quality healthcare for all. Promoting private care undermines the NHS & encourages ppl to waste their money. It doesn’t sit well for me with the ethos of your wonderful blog.

With very best wishes, A (a lurker in Oxford)

Alfie is indeed very lovely and we both fully support the NHS, Alfie works for them. But what I love about democratic Britain is that people are given the choice to choose between state or private hospitals. I am currently supporting AXA PPP’s drive to motivate people to exercise, which with a very keen interest in fitness very much falls into the ethos of my blog. 😀
