Munchy Seeds Review and Giveaway!

by Jemma on August 20, 2012

in Giveaway, Reviews

A few weeks ago I was contacted by the lovely people at Munchy Seeds to review their new addition to their range the Honey Seeds.  In the past I have been invited to review most of the other varieties in the range which you can read here, so when this opportunity came along it was a no brainer.

As always these seeds didn’t disappoint, just think of a healthier version of honey roasted peanuts, which tastes even better!

I have been enjoying these seeds sprinkled on my fruit and yoghurt bowls and in homemade trail mixes, yum! They are even great straight up from the pot!

Munchy Seeds are kindly offering one lucky winner to win 2 full size pots of the Honey seeds.

Wow they look lovely- I like their vanilla seeds but they are a bit too sweet – I imagine the honey ones have a better balance.

My favourite yoghurt mess consists of Total greek yog (full fat!), a mix of fresh berries for sweetness, some dried cranberries/raisins for chewiness and then some nuts/seeds/cereal sprinkled on top for crunch. It has to be served chilled straight from the fridge too, so refreshing and mmmm :)

Yogurt messes are amazing, I love mixing in loads of berries and seeds as they are the best way to eat them, as they really add the crunch that smooth yogurt is missing! :)
