A thick and creamy smoothie recipe sweetened with dates to satisfy any sweet tooth and ready in a flash.
4 pitted Medjool dates
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup porridge oats
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup filtered water
1 tbsp coconut butter or coconut oil
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
- Serve with a retro straw in your favourite glass and enjoy!
