A healthy chocolate treat to help tame your sweet tooth when you get the urge!
1/3 cup Chia seeds
1 1/2 cup almond flour
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup powdered fruit sugar or stevia
1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/2 cup melted coconut butter
- Preheat the oven to 160°F and prepare a muffin tray with 6 muffin liners.
- In a mixing cup, whisk together all of the ingredients until just mixed.
- Then, divide the batter among 6 muffin liners and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until finished. Let it cool on a rack.
- Using a cocktail stick or skewer to pierce the centre of the muffins to see if they’re done. If the muffins are thoroughly baked, the cocktail stick should come out clean.
